EQUIPMENT REPAIR SERVICE

Purpose

Corrective action is vital to the operational sustainability and performance of UPS and Battery systems. In many cases, a UPS can transfer to "bypass" mode if a component fails internally or on the load side of a UPS, i.e. servers. To avoid such disruption, parts should be refreshed based on performance and end of life cycle.

ePower Network uses approved OEM parts and sources directly from the manufacturer to ensure quality and latest part revisions. For legacy and non-supported systems, we offer a wide range of refurbished parts.

Parts Inventory

We stock our warehouse with a plentiful amount of parts for quick deployment. Having many reputable suppliers, allows us to source parts quickly and at a competitive rate that we pass onto our customers.

Workmanship

ePower Network plans each repair in advance with the customer to ensure a successful outcome. We accommodate our customer’s maintenance windows and provide a Method of Procedure (MOP) for each repair. In most cases, these MOPs are critical for the Data Center Change Control request. We warranty all workmanship for a period of one year.

Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)

Our service team is on-call 24/7/365 and equipped with access to parts and equipment rentals to solve equipment failures that result in an emergency. Our contracted customers receive top priority dispatch, technical support and onsite arrival within 4 hours or less.

EQUIPMENT REPAIR SERVICE INCLUDES:

  • Initial discovery and assessment of the equipment failure
  • Troubleshooting towards root cause of failure
  • Report of root cause and recommendation of a stop gap measure or repair solution
  • Service report of repair, parts used and any further recommendations to increase reliability of the equipment
